I am happy to guide you through a short meditation to help you open your chakras.
This meditation is inspired by the Reiki classes I have had and by my personal readings on the subject.
Simply put, the chakras are centres of energy in your body. There are seven main chakras. Each chakra is located in a different part of the body, and is characterized by a different set of feelings and emotions and a specific colour.
It is important to open your chakras and connect them together to let the energy flow freely. This keeps you balanced and prevents you from illnesses.
To prepare yourself for the meditation, please make yourself comfortable, use earphones/headphones, close your eyes, breathe in and out deeply three times and press the play button.
