I practice Foot Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.
Foot reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet, which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body

Reflexology helps the body to normalize itself naturally without adverse side effects.
Reiki is a very relaxing and meditative energy healing modality. It helps balance the energy centres of the body which promote natural healing to occur. Reiki can also be practiced remotely.
Reiki aims to move natural energy through the body to replace energy that has become blocked or stagnant. This helps relieve the tension in the body and balance the entire mind, body and spirit system, thus promoting better health and a longer life.
Reiki is a very gentle energy healing modality, which can be done with or without touching the body, or even remotely without the person being at the same place, and it doesn’t have any side effects.
Indian Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms. All these parts include important energy centers within the body.
Indian Head Massage is very relaxing and has a balancing effect on the recipient as it helps release stress and tension creating a sense of peace and wellbeing. It also promotes hair growth.
No, but there are some symptoms that shouldn’t be treated by Indian Head Massage, like headaches, migraines, concussions or previous tumours which have been treated recently.
When visiting my practice, you explain your issues, and based on their nature, we decide together on the perfect modality to apply and the length of the session.
Yes, I am a certified Reflexology Therapist by the Reflexology Association of Canada RAC, and I have a title of Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, which is recognized by the Canadian Government.
Yes, reflexology is covered by a number of insurance companies across Canada. Please check your individual insurance plan to determine if reflexology is covered. No, but it would be preferable if you are wearing comfortable clothes for ease of blood circulation and relaxation.
I have a very calm and quiet space, with natural sunlight in the morning. I use soft healing music during sessions and scented candles for an aromatherapeutic effect. Pillow cases & towels are changed between clients & I energetically clear the space between clients also.
For Foot Reflexology, you sit up on the massage table as I work on your feet; you may close your eyes and drift off if you wish. We can talk and discuss the reflex points I am working on during the session.
For Reiki, you lie down on the massage table, closing your eyes during the whole session. We can only discuss the findings after the session.
For Remote Reiki, we first talk on the phone or online to discuss your needs, then you sit or lie down in a comfortable place with no disturbance as I practice the remote healing on you, finally, we communicate again to review the findings.
For Indian Head Massage, you sit up on a special chair, and I massage your back, shoulders, neck and work on your scalp. Afterwards you lie down on your back on the massage table and I work on your facial pressure points.
I do 30 minutes or 60 minutes sessions of any modality. I can also combine 2 x 30 minutes sessions of any two modalities.
Yes, I love to welcome several people at my practice. They have to wait for each other but they can chat or just enjoy the ambiance with healing music and aroma from the scented candles.
Of course, children are welcome for sessions with me, but I would recommend shorter sessions for them.
I only use natural baby wipes to clean and disinfect the feet before a Foot Reflexology session and cream after the session for hydration. No products are used for Reiki or Indian Head Massage to avoid allergic reactions.
